We want you to be happy with your By Night order. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please read the information below before contacting us.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and returned in their original condition with any tags attached.
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. Do not send items back without first contacting us.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or customisation reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. This may include gift cards, personalised products or items marked as final sale, where applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us to confirm whether an exchange is available. Availability cannot be guaranteed.
Return Shipping
Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
