Orders and production
Are By Night products printed on demand?
Yes. Products are produced after checkout, helping avoid deadstock and unnecessary waste.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before dispatch. Delivery time is added after production and depends on your destination.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout, payment processing, order confirmation and customer account records are handled through Shopify.
Shipping and tracking
When will tracking be sent?
Tracking is sent once your order has been printed, packed and handed to the carrier.
Do delivery times change by country?
Yes. Delivery windows vary by destination. UK orders are usually fastest, while international orders may take longer after dispatch.
Returns and issues
Can made-to-order items be returned?
Yes. Standard, non-personalised items ordered online can be returned when you notify us within 14 days of delivery, then return them within the following 14 days. Personalised or custom-made products, if offered, may be excluded where the law permits.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Email support@by-night.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review it quickly and arrange the next step.
Sizing and care
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size guide and compare the measurements with a garment you already own. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How do I wash printed garments?
Wash inside out on a cool cycle and avoid tumble drying where possible to protect the print and garment shape.
